Partnering interest in Europe and Israel....

Partnering interest in Europe and Israel.......as well as North America is what I thought I heard. I can think of some possible partners in Europe(eg.Elan?) but I don't know the Isreali Pharma scene. Does anyone know what potential partners there might be in Israel? I know it is a hotbed of innovative research.
