RE: Quad 30-snafurOilexco was interested in this block before GUL, MNL, and IFR were taken on as partners. Sounds like PCA and OIL could not come to terms quite some time ago. If OIL was interested, I take this as a good sign. They seem to know a good thing when they see it.
