hrg warrants are overvalued; flaw

hrg warrants are overvalued; flawGuys its really simple. You may as well just buy HRG shares and leverage to buy more. The warrants are way overvalued. If HRG gets taken out at between 4 and 5 you will lose on your purchase, and i would say there is at least a 50 pcent chance of that. If you  buy shares and lever, you make a killing. Warrants are a fools bet in my opinion.
