time to but more MLM? or not!

time to but more MLM? or not!I'm very curious to know what others are thinking right now. I have an average price of abour 11 cents. I am really kicking my can for not selling when it broke 50 cents last summer. I was hoping for it to hit the big 1 buck mark. (greed!!!) Now I'm pondering to buy more at what seems to be a base low. Or is it? Is 50 cents to 1 buck going to return? Or is this stock going back down to 10 cents again!!!???
