are you suggesting that the Look spectrum can be used in a partnership so that the new entrant has virtually "zero cost" to gain access to spectrum? and then essentially focus all efforts on building out a nation-wide network?
If that was the case, I think we would've seen a partnership last year, not necessarily wait so long for something to materialize till now.
Sad to say, but this may be the beginning of an unwanted downward spiral. That's not to say that we'll be seeing 7 cents anytime soon as trader or buby would like to see.
