The problem in Venezuela and Columbia may cause a significant distabilty in the crude oil price, and again add pressure CIVC and SPE to be successful with 2K-39. Not that it makes any difference, but the world thrives on the production of energy and delivery in a non-threatening political environment. The Western Coast of Newfoundland can have a hostile weather environment, although that is easier to deal with than what goes on in other energy producing areas of the World.
