RE: No settlementCitrix has at least three court battles going on, if they settle with 01 with a buyout they will be in a stronger position to re-coup their costs by owning the patents and the 01 case is probably the smallest of the three.  If the CEO pushes it to court and loses, he'll lose his job and Citrix will likely have to pay more.  i believe they'll settle by buyout or licensing and thus allow themselves to focus on the other cases.
