From that, you can extrapolate the probability based on previous trading history as well as the relative resency of announcements (and the impact of those announcements) on where the price will trend for the next little while (I'm usually target 10 trading days forward - i.e. 2 weeks). As it stands right now, BLDP is showing ZERO bullish trends with all 16 indicators predicting a bearish downturn. So the only way BLDP will move up is through an announcement of some significant developments. Thus far, BLDP has been unable to deliver. Will it become a charity case like Nortel? That is left to debate. D-man
