Word from management at ODYSSEY RESOURCES(ODX) apparently Ariana Resources, a London-based, Alternative Investment Market-listed gold company focused in Turkey and Teck Cominco Arama ve Madencilik Sanayi Ticaret AS (TCAM), a subsidiary of Teck Cominco Ltd will make an offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares on a fully diluted basis of ODYSSEY RESOURCES at a price of $.185 in cash per share The transaction is to be effected by way of a takeover bid.
