Update on T-Systems: Go Ahead for CGI

Update on T-Systems: Go Ahead for CGI
Further to the rumours from a few weeks ago, it looks like CGI is the successful bidder for T-Systems.

It sounds like CGI will be buying T-Systems, according to this report last week:

CGI TO Buy T- Systems Stake

CGI Group, Inc. is looking at taking a stake in T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH, Reuters reported. CGI will buy the stake from Deutsche Telekom AG.

T-Systems is part of Deutsche Telekom AG so I don't know if their financials are broken out and reported separately. I couldn't find it online.

Does anyone know how much TS makes in revenue? What will be the approximate size/cost of the deal?
