Okay, after a bit of further research, I found the numbers on T-Systems Enterprise.

Note that CGI is only bidding for T-Systems ENTERPRISE SERVICES, which comprises about 2 Billion Euro revenue.

This is a really big deal, and could push us well over the $5B annual revenue.

Purchase price should be between $2.0 B and $2.5 B.  How are they going to finance?  Cash?  Shares?  Both?

I hope they don't dilute our sharebase too much in the process of doing this.

Fingers crossed the deal goes through.

This could be huge.
