The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: Sandvine is "main prize" in DPI marketI do not believe that Sandvine will be taken over..or we would have suitors already knocking at the door. The slip below 2.50 today shows something is rotten within the company (and no you can not blame this any longer on a lousy market days). The way this stock is shedding its value reminds me of the massacre that took place with tech stocks in 2000. Even at this price SVC is still worthy a short..but I decided to bail and take my lumps on this one. Staying long you will need much patience and years (not months as some think) for the stock to recover back to 6 or 7 bucks. Good luck.
