Respectfully, I don't think so BigDog. They had a data room opened last fall, they can have any discussions they want, without announcing. Could you imagine if every deal done was announced well in advance for the public record that "so and so are talking".

This is the way I think this will play out: A deal in priciple will be made by one company and the market will have 30 days to counter.

My bet is Pfizer needs RVX.....when is their patent expiry?
