You are correct - What I was referring to is if any offers have come in - that would have to be public, no? I believe UBS might still have a hand in this process and am not 100% sure on all the rules of disclosure, etc. If offers are being made for example by Pfizer but via UBS - does that constitute a situation that they would have to tell us about? Or can they "dance" around it somehow until they are happy to say "I do?"
