OIL.to looks like one of the best energy investments one can make with 200% upside (15-45) in two or three years given $90 oil and no further exploration success. He's been on this one since "early." I'll buy any breaks that come with seasonal weakness and or general market weakness.... Technical picture in the real short term is somewhat negative...but over $15.50 and $16.50 the picture brightens considerably...Buy the gap between $14 and $13.50???
