RE: More legal limbo to come NOTCloudy, Cloudy, Cloudy, the loser does not have 30 days to appeal. They have agreed the appeal must be filed with the Québec Court of Appeal by March 17, 2008. I would be very surprised if they appeal at all, judgement was well written and very strong. Bondholders knew they had a slim to zero chance. Buy all you can below $40.00 it will make a dent in some of your short losses, the short squeeze on Monday will be severe.
