Interesting that one insider is busy selling big time ahead of the announcement when you have to figure that he knew the acquisition was coming - thought that insider trading of this sort was not allowed? Check the time line as to when the ORIGINAL NR was out that Hochschild was taking a stake in LSG and when Mr. Beattie sold his shares. It's the same day.
