RE: Next Press Release

RE: Next Press ReleaseThere is a difference between a publicly traded company in North American exchanges and a state owned company of another country in terms of material disclosure....too bad they ( Petroecuador )leaked out some info while final negotiation is still underway...the bottom line is that transforming API 8 heavy oil to API 23 is not easy and cost-effective job in a third world country without " natural gas " or with high cost of using natural gas...thats right...Ivanhoe's HTL is the only technolgy that can achieve and Petroecuador knows about it..Conincidentally, Petrobank had a feasibility study on Pungarayacu oil field in 2001 and later backed out cause they know it is a mission impossible
