The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

huh. Right. Or they could put the 250 K shares to make you believe that someone wants to hold the price down so that they can distribute some more. Remember 250K of shares is not that much in $$$ unless you lose it all :-)
