The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

Why no pop on the news? Because everyone is used to EFL not delivering a profit or contract that will lead to profits, that's why. Snake oil sales.

Oh, Tannin I would not get overy excited on little pops while EFL drops overall...that was predicted by me too. It is a way to suck in people into the "great buy" of EFL shares.
