RE: Rigged DealPatience Grasshopper!  Rome wasn't built in a day (or 1 month).  There's a new VP exploration in place (formerly from E4) who I've heard great things about.  It takes time to initiate new programs and ultimately turn ideas into production.  The guidance numbers are out and I predict the shareholders will be very happy when the dust settles at the end of the year.
