Status of GOLD & SILVER Junior MinersHi folks:
Been away for awhile attending to urgent business matters.(Read:"dash
for cash").Its been VERY PROFITABLE in a every way.
This is my view of the "big picture" or "mega trend" in the GOLD &
SILVER junior miners market.
1) The gold and silver "shorts" are up a creek. They are trapped.
Who are the "shorts"? They are the Central Banks, who along
with the US FED and US Treasury are the "hidden managers" of
gold & silver markets. Why are they attacking gold & silver,
simple, they ARE REAL MONEY. The US DOLLAR (Federal Reserve
Note - FRN) is "fiat currency" as in FAKE MONEY.
2) The US FEDERAL BANK and the US Treasury are using "third
parties", probably Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan among others, to
try to keep the price of Gold and SILVER from rising TOO FAST.
3) The "method of choice" as indicated by my observation of market
manipulations of the GOLD & SILVER Bullion and Senior and Junior
Miners are as follows:
a. They (third parties) "short" gold and silver bullion hoping
to get investors to sell them as prices drop.(They are
losing the battle). Gold & silver continues to RISE.
b. They are "allowing" Senior gold miners to rise "slowly".
But they ARE "shorting the hell" out of the Junior miners.
Why? They are using this CASH to buy gold and silver futures
to balance out the short trades. They USE the Junior miners
because most investors dont follow them. Unseen is "good".
4) Many investors have left the "junior miners" investment area
because some junior miners have lost from 50% to 90% of their
share value. EXMIN is one of them.
So what are "seasoned investors" doing now?
First, thank the "gold and silver" gods for giving us this
"golden opportunity". I have been and continue to increase
my investment in Junior miners. Buy those who are "producers"
or have "actual ore reserves" in the ground. Second, silver
junior miners(like EXMIN) who are producers will make MORE
MONEY for investors on a "percentage" basis then both the
senior gold or silver miners.
Lastly, our country is slowly sinking into a recession with a
depression to follow. The US DOLLAR is "history" and the CREDIT
CRISIS is far from over. Also sadly "joe six-pack and Miss Alice"
are "toast"(coming lower standard of living for the middle-class).
I wish it wasnt so.
