RE: Market Cap is Really $9.68 Million?

RE: Market Cap is Really $9.68 Million?Your logic also fails. The $10 bill was not added to the purse, it was first to pay the money owing on the purse. But don't put the horse before the cart...the marriage is not consumed yet. The new potential owner wants to see facts, not fiction, before taking ownership. After that we will see how accretive this deal really is... A little while longer to wait...but not much. Note: interesting that George departed just before the announcement. Because you know that this thing was in the works before he left..soooo...I think he was not part of the picture post takeover - and so are a numnber of directors (admitedly, if RGT names 4 BoD members, some have to go). Maybe there will be a fair number of changes in mgmt too...and the bunch from the US RGT team may be the ones moving in...we'll see. Not necessarily bad for shareholders though, because there will be no debt if the marriage is consumed. Hey with the US dollar sinking to where it is...US production costs are way down!!
