I would think that you are still in good hands. With a distribution of 12.5 cents/months, a share buyback (10% of those outstanding), you're still looking at 12% return on your original investment. About future increases, give it time. The buyback will increase cash distributable/share, but this will be slightly offset buy the divestures of "non-core" holdings. I will be doing more research on this one because I'm thinking about moving in. In-box me if you want my findings.
