(TSX VENTURE:NGG)(FRANKFURT:NE8) ("NGG or the Company") announces that a total 38,915,438 Share Purchase Warrants, which expired on February 17, 2008 ("the February/2008 Warrants") have all been exercised, for gross proceeds of approximately CAD$11.7 million.
Of the total of approximately 39 million warrants exercised, some 18.7 million were exercised after January 1, 2008.

IF ANY INSTITUTIONS HAD BEEN HOLDING THE WARRANTS, THEY MUST HAVE DUMPED PREVIOUS SHARES TO BUY WARRANTS! VERY LITTLE CHANGE IN SHARES HELD.
EVEN IF THEY HAD NOT HELD THE WARRANTS, SHARE PRICE HAD FALLEN AT TIMES AND NONE INCREASED THEIR POSITION???
TO ME IT SUGGEST THEY MIGHT NOT THINK THERE MAY NOT BE AS MUCH UPSIDE AS SOME BOARD MEMBERS WOULD LIKE YOU TO BELIEVE!
