My comments are based on reality !! I am recommending that we sell the properties because we DO NOT have the money, time & expertise to develop tham as well as someone in the Gold business could. This is an ideal time to convert these assets into cash ... moving our core business forward !!! Forget about ' teasing ' the shareholders with a spin off ... make a smart decision now ... dominate the space we play in ... and increase shareholder value !!!!!
