More leadership needed from HBM

More leadership needed from HBMin terms of creative ideas that will add to shareholders' value going forward.Whatever one may say, the cash being generated in excess of $1 million a day is no pushover. The management of HBM should seriously consider distributing dividends in 2008, if not the first quarter, at least beginning the second quarter. Since they are essentially highly capitalized with little debt, they have no excuse from hereon. All other integrated miners (TCK.B,S,YRI) and even a small size company like Amerigo are issuing dividends. Shareholders would not mind not receiving any dividend when stock prices are going up. as it is, the SP is going down. So management through its inaction has a lot of answering to do for their apathy.
