credibilityYears ago I read that if a junior does not convert to the senior exchange and the price does not go over a $1 after 3 years then something is fishy. Nothing to substantiate this but one has to have some investment rules. In FCO's case I think a smart investor would have flown the coup years ago. I still come back to take a look because of its "rare metals" label. From now on my visits will only be for entertainment.
