RE: Another Solid Year

RE: Another Solid YearI'm sure you can all do the math, but for those who do not want to take the time here is an interesting comparison of DVT vs PSD for FY2007: Revenue/share $2.80 vs $0.80; FFO/share $0.85 vs $0.61; Earnings/share $0.45 vs $0.05; Book Value/share $2.11 vs $1.45 (after subtracting Intangibles and Goodwill); Current Ratio= Current Assets/Current Liabilities 0.5 vs 1.8.
All the financials seem to favor DVT except the Current Ratio which is quite low for DVT but is usual for a fast growing company that has acquired companies with debt. As long as DVT can keep generating the cash to fund the debt they should do OK.
PS: I hold shares in DVT. I used to hold shares in PSD but sold some time ago.
