Here's ISM : 1) No earnings, and never will be, and NO buyout, SP will be down below $1.00 soon enough. Earnings is what drives a company in this economic environment. 2) ISM - no 43-101. The reason why ISM has money in the bank is because they don't do anything. Hardly any drills going. 3) NO AGM to question management. They are not being accountable for heir SP drop. Do they care about the shareholders? This is not an economic environment that will help ISM SP...they will sink IMO.
