Permit approval by the bands is a concern, however isn't it true that Ascot already has this permit, and in the event of the bands refusing to approve HBK's permit, then a merger between Ascot and HBK would circumvent this obstacle?
In fact, if there was an insurmountable problem with permit approval, that would almost force HBK's management to the table with Ascot for merger talks, if they (HBK) wanted to continue developing this resource?
I wonder what Ascots position on that possibility is?
