I bought it because I believed it to be under valued. I knew it had be trashed in December. It has had positive divergence for some time and it has been in a decending wedge for too long. Everything I saw was suppose to mark a turnaround. The wedge is running out of room.

It is obvious that the investers, feel above 3.50 is too much risk. So it got to be up to management to exercise some leadership and exhibit confidence in the stock. If they were to buy more shares and put their money on the line, rather than wait and hope others will do so for them. They receive their bonuses where are they investing their money from this. It is being invested somewhere.
