Annual Report / MIC on SedarBill Dimma is retiring. Sorry to see him go. I always liked having a chairman who was an expert in Corporate Governance.
I like taking a look at the first few pages of the annual report every year. All the graphs give you a long term perspective that you can forget about when you're focusing on comparing the quarterly results.
The Management Information Circular this year is the best I've seen. It shows a detailed table for each board member listing all their holdings as well as their record of meeting attendance and other board memberships.
