Litigation settled in mid-December with major companies Matsushita, Toshiba and JVC; ten new licensees after mid-Aug and prior to settlement, including Philips and Daewoo; ten more licensees in the months since settlement, including Mattel and DirectTV; new, experienced CEO; new, experienced VP in charge of Corporate Development. And last but by no means least, an impending quarterly which should blow all previous figures out of the water, boosted mainly by settlement figures which, because of a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed as part of the settlement, will only be announced at that time. Quarterly release is, I believe, 9 April but might be earlier. The only doubt now is a USPTO re-exam ruling which is strongly expected to favour Patriot Scientific's original submission; in fact, may make it stronger, if anything. With many millions in assets and NO long term debt, Patriot is expected to merge or acquire at some point during the next six to twelve months.
Because of the secrecy created by the NDA aspect of the settlement, the SP has been somewhat volatile lately; do your own DD before getting in but I recommend that you take a good look. Her's the link to Patriot Scientific's website:
