RE: Timelines? APM is so far away

RE: Timelines? APM is so far away

My understanding of the MD&A is that the payments I put in my previous post are payable for any reserve up to 2,000,000 ounces. So even if the reserve is zero the payments are required. I agree that the payments for reserves higher than 2,000,000 ounces are of no immediate concern. After re-reading pages 8 and 9 of the MD&A the numbers that are stated in my previous post are only for the agreement concerning the land south of the Pacu River. No time lines are provided for the agreement north of the Pacu River. This is a significant oversight since it also requires a payment of 100 Kg of gold for any reserves up to 2,000,000 ounces. 100 Kg of gold is worth millions of dollars, so providing no time lines is a significant oversight. If my interpretation of this situation is wrong then I would appreciate being corrected.

I also agree with you that the web site problem is not a big issue and understandable, but having no further information does make the news release difficult to decipher.

When investing in a company like this I do not mind waiting for a project to unfold, but I want to understand what I am invested in. My patience, however, is wearing thin on this stock because there have been too many negative surprises. I am perfectly willing to give the new management team a chance, but am unimpressed with their explanation of this latest surprise. Like you, I look forward to seeing the remaining drill results.

Good luck and thanks for your input
