RE: one month inI can see bertrand`s point of where he wants to take the company to and why he is doing it.To get US market exposure and to expand within it, is a great idea to bring the company forward.Im fine with that, but to consolidate shares and maybe the way he is thinking of a sp at around above and between $1.00 - $2.00 will take a reverse split of 1:35 from a sp of 0.03.Normally companies will go as high as a 1:5 or 1:10 r/s from a sp between $1.50 to $3.00.I wouldn`t have a problem with MIP if it were at that sp now.Since our sp is so low, not a good idea.That would be a lot to ask for from shareholders, i for one will not accept...imho
