BREACH of Contract

BREACH of ContractThat was wild reading the judges decision.

BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if the term "breach of contract " comes up numerous times in the judgement, Callinan saying HB breached with them not keeping separate books, REFUSING CAA access and the judge stating  in more than one paragraph...HB breached CAA's contract.

Seems to me the judge agrees with CAA.

As for a complete 'touch' of arrogance, the affidavit and explanation by Ms Diane Antila reeks of it. IMHO, it looks like the ex CEO Peter Jones might have dictated it word for word.

Hahahahahah.. reading that its all I could do to not laugh out loud.  Unbelievable.

Still seems someone with HB leanings is trying desperately to skew the ratings of posts here. Having a hard time with HB having every knuckle rapped???
