Since when did not having enough shares available to short ever stop them in the past?
They've been illegally shorting stocks for years now.
Nothing ever happens to them.  Nobody at the SEC cares.

Sorry for my cynical outlook, but I've seen too much of it.  I'm jaded.

By the way, I agree with kensin.  The new stockhouse SUCKS.
