RE: 10,600 barrels of Bitumen equals....The latest CLL NR refers to 7000 bb/day of bitumen production and 3600 boe/day of crude oil and natural gas production for a total of 10600 boe/day. My question is how can you add 7000 bb of bitumen and 3600 boe together and come up with a total of 10600 boe? Don't you have to convert the 7000 bb to boe before adding together for a total boe? I'm confused ! Also the Alberta Royalty Review Panel,Part 10,Bitumen Pricing recommends a floor price of 40% of the price of West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil in Canadian dollars from what I've read. Bitumen by itself is subject to various prices and much lower than crude oil, but with CLL owning a refinery they can add value and receive higher prices for their finished products. Is there somebody out there who can explain all this while we all sit back and watch the price of CLL rise steadily
