RE: HMS Purchase Agreement AmendedI agree that the last 2 announcements were very positive.  I'm surprised we're still floundering in the 3's.  I imagine the market is waiting for confirmation of the L-M orders, which are allegedly coming early this quarter.  If I didn't already have a  boatload I would average up too.
