CanAsia Energy Corp. is a Canada-based junior oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, crude oil and natural gas reserves. Re: dropping share priceI  called management at calgary head office yesterday(Fri.).  I was told everything is going good with the  Thailand operations.   They've been waiting for permits from the Thai. gov't  which they expect any day now.
They have had only one drill rig for the past three months, but the second drill is back now........three wells now beingb drilled testing multiple zones.  (dotto)
No bad news, and,  there are no concerns.  Presently producing about 6,000 bbls a day, expect 75 million cash flow in 2008, of which they will be hard pressed to spent 30 million drilling new wells........in other words, poe is well cashed up.   Looking at possible new prospects in two other countries, Indonesia and India...........this is a long term play...do your own Dill.........pg46
