Good evening shareholders and interested parties. This certainly is not a doomsday post but I just want to give you some possible positive developments concerning Sage Gold and other growing juniors and the roll they may play in the times in which we live. You have to make the judgement call as to the possibility validity of the remaining part of this post.

Reportedly the Fed [who I totally mistrust] had to bail out Bear Sterns or a possible ripple or domino effect would have occurred which might have taken the US and many others into another dark age of recession. Folks, that day IS coming and there is no chance it won't no matter how they try to delay it. Lowering interest rates or bailing out commercial establishments by printing more money and charging it to the US citizenry will never be the answer. There are way to many trillions of dollars in direct debt owed by the United States and trillions more in phoney paper instruments world wide, for us to ever hope to recover without first hitting rock bottom and hopefully from that point start over again. At that point I will begin to have a positive outlook.

Remember in the first paragraph of this posting, I said that Sage Gold and or other companies could possible be involved in a positive way. I was speaking of Sage and others as a financial 'haven of rest'. Gold will certainly go up significantlly. Producing gold companies like Gold Corp and others like Kinross and Yamana will initally get hit when the financial collapse happens but will recover and lead the way as the adjustment period begins. Juniors in the metals markets and particularily gold and pge companies will get hit harder than the producing majors B U T they to will come back albeit slower. Some may not have the 'stickiins' [staying power] and will fade into the sunset or get bought out at a much lower price than hoped for. As for Sage and the many other juniors that are presently growing, I believe that they will follow the majors in a bounce back and people that have been desimated will take their remaining investment monies and put the funds into the commodities which include the metal markets. If there are not that many people left in the western hemisphere that have funds then the monies will pour in from the east.

Hold steady and do not panic when [not if] you see the dark financial clouds on the horizon or if you wake up and that hour is upon us suddenly. I believe that Sage will whether the storm and we will be among those that will be highly sought after. Lets, let the management team do their thing and right now they are attempting to advance the project in more ways that one and I am not simply referring to drill results.

I expect to hear the term "Franny's folly" bantered about but then again I remember the term Fulton's folly spoke of. No, I am not Fulton nor am I any type of financial whiz kid but I have been given a certain amount of discernment and that gift was well honed in my former occupation. As such, I truly believe that we are close to seeing the above occur and as such I also believe that I have properly discerned the 'signs of the times' and that time is of the essence for Sage and for us.

For now this remains my opinion but guys and gals it is being shared by many that are knowledgeable and are financial whiz kids.

Take care for now,

Jerry Francis
