RE: confirm saleBob - shouldn't he be "our" boy, since you said you bought some shares? LOL
Also, FYI Dylan has no credibility on this board ...he's been exposed as a fraud.
I wrote this shortly after Eugene's 100000 share trade, registered on SEDI on March 6:
https://www.stockhouse.com/Bullboards/MessageDetail.aspx?s=&t=&m=22660530&l=0&pd=0&r=0
===================================================================
From sedi.ca he has 286 transactions on this stock since his opening balance in 2003. He currently still holds:
939,500 shares directly
655,500 shares in RRSP
3,109,995 options
1,266,668 warrants
--------------
5,971,663 Total shares, options & warrants
Itseems that many of his trades are to support a company financing, infact sometimes he exercises options and then sells the shares at a losson the open market immediately afterwards. Other times he is buyingflow-thru shares in a Private Placement and then selling those onto theopen market within weeks after ...again helping fill the bank accountso that the company can carry on, and taking a tax benefit at the sametime.
I don't see any evidence of him either supporting ordampening the share price on purpose - though I believe he is probablycareful not to damage the s/p by dumping large amounts into a weakmarket. I expect some of his trades lately have been penny flips toraise some easy, but small amounts of money.
In conclusion, ithas always been his M.O. to frequently trade in his stock, as a smallpercentage of his overall exposure, and not much useful information canbe gleaned by following his trades as to the future direction of thestock price.
