Cambrian - WTN - Cline

Cambrian - WTN - Cline

Cambrian says they are looking to partner on WTN projects.

WTN should keep 100% interest in all projects.

Clines partners Mitsui-Matsushima and ThyssenKrupp are ideal partners for WTN and can assist with big financing.

Mitsui owns 9 million and ThyssenKrupp owns 4 million Cline shares, they are major Cline shareholders. They may help WTN get the Lossan project.

WTN is all about what is good for Cambrian.

Teck President said “ When you have Iron you can sell all the coal you have at top market price”

Cambrian has two coal subsidiaries, WTN and Coal International. Cambrian  wants to sell, lots of coal.

Cambrian getting Clines Iron project would be a perfect fit for Cambrian.

A Cambrian buy out of Cline is best for all shareholders, WTN, Cambrian, Cline, Mitsui and ThyssenKrupp.

I would love to buy Cambrian on the TSE.

Cambrian should use WTN to consolidate all the Canadian, North East and South East coal fields  not owned by Teck and Fording.

I can see WTN producing 8 to 10 million tons of coal per year in the next four years.

Cline will see $2 per share on buyout or price gain following Cambrian re-organization.
