RE: What does this news mean?It's called raising capital. Need money to further exploration efforts. Typical for a junior exploration company. Certainly nothing to be concerned about, dilution from 750,000 shares will have minimal effect on sp. 

Paterson has purchased over 6 million shares in this company. His own money is on the line.
