Mining shares are now "attractive"

Mining shares are now "attractive"

Read this at the LGC site re: Goldman-Sachs. Kind of a detuned endorsement from the big boys of what Bob Moriarty recently wrote in Buy With Both Hands (Mar. 24) i.e. mining stocks are getting ready to take off.

Exerpt from: https://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601110&sid=arIxV05W30zk

"Anglo American gained 4 percent to 3,287 pence. Goldman added the stock to its ``conviction buy'' list and set a price estimate of 3,945 pence for the shares.

The brokerage also upgraded mining shares to ``attractive'' from ``neutral,'' citing expectations for higher metals prices.

Higher prices ``mean that we expect our coverage universe to again generate record cash flows in 2008,'' analysts including Peter Mallin-Jones wrote in a note today."

Also see today's Bloomberg articles on the increasing likelihood of a Copper rally:

Should be an interesting month ahead for SA.
