Guardedly optimistic

Guardedly optimisticI am guardedly optimistic about the rumors of today.  As one of thoes who have been with CQV from two dollars to two cents and back up again, well I think when we have official news in a formal News Release we feel more confident.  Even then things can come crashing down as per Port au Port . 
I did however find a luckey penny today in the parking lot when i went for a haircut.
