No wonder RIC didn't buy into that property at the start.

Lets face, the only thing Pat has going for it is a crack management team that has set things up so we'll all reap untold shareholder value from...from...from....well it'll take time before we can do all that reaping.

The funny thing is Kerbrilliant was so right about things a while back if you caught his memory lane posts. Bang right on IMHO.
