What you are missing is that most of the recent volume is one person selling as oppose to someone buying.
Today is the first that I have seen in a long long time that someone is buying.
It is my understanding that the ne seller is now gone.
As you have pointed out Triangle's work in the shale is paying off. Yes we have 30%, even more important, we have lots of shale in our land holdings. If Corridor and Triangle can hit commerical quantities of gas, then Contact will light up. Both companies have experienced people when it comes to working with Shale. lets hope this experience pays off.
