RUT press release omits root cause

of losses:  management that  has wrecked the company's balance sheet.
Clarke has failed to show professional integrity. He should have offered his resignation.
The, so called,  independent Board members have shown their true colors by
failing to remove him from office.

Personally, never have I witnessed a CEO bungling  on so many fronts front. for so long. This situation, for a publicly traded company, is an absolute  insult to all shareholders. The voters, at least,  get to change one set of incompetents for another every four -five years. Surely shareholders should be offered similar rights.
